How do I actually get started?

Create an account, add your horses (or import a file), and EQUI-SCAN generates a code for each horse, which you can print out and place in the stable or out in the paddock. You can record first aid details in a matter of seconds — and you’re all set.

How does the free trial work?

Thirty days, with all features included. No credit card details are required upon registration: the trial is completely free and comes with no obligation. You only activate a subscription if you decide to continue.

Does EQUI-SCAN replace my management software?

No, and that’s by design. EQUI-SCAN focuses on health, team communication and the bond with your riders. It complements your existing billing software, without the need to learn anything new.

Do my riders need to pay for or install anything?

Never. They simply hold their phone up to the horse’s code, and the page opens in their browser. No downloads, no accounts, and no cost to them.

Is my health data protected?

Yes. Health data, notes and alerts are only visible to your designated team. Riders can only see the public profile. Hosted in France, GDPR compliant.
