Everything your stable needs, at the horse's feet

One sheet per horse, containing its health records, the team’s instructions and everything the rider needs to know before riding. Four areas, one simple step.

01
The heart of the treatment

The health record

Every horse has its own digital health record. You can log a treatment in just a few seconds, and EQUI-SCAN will remind you of the next appointment — so that no vaccination or hoof trim is overlooked.

Vaccinations tracked without you even realising

Influenza, tetanus, equine respiratory disease, West Nile virus. Vaccination intervals in accordance with the FFE protocol for competition or leisure riding; batch number retained.

Regular or scheduled worming

Depending on your approach: rotating active ingredients, coproscopy or systematic treatment. The horse’s welfare comes first.

Scheduled hoof trimming and shoeing

Reminder every six weeks, adjustable. Type of shoe and farrier’s notes are stored in the system.

Dentist, osteopath, check-ups

Intervals tailored to each horse’s age. All procedures recorded and ready to be passed on.

Printable health record

A complete history, which can be exported on request for competition, transport or sale.

Veterinary access without an account

A secure link: your vet can view the patient’s history and add a treatment record without having to install anything.

Passing from one hand to the other

The morning groom, the Sunday instructor, the new trainee: everyone knows exactly what to do with each horse, without having to go hunting for information.

The status, at a glance

Fit, but needing to be spared or rested, with a date set for returning to work. This should be assessed before saddling up — never allow a fragile horse to be put back to work by mistake.

The manager’s instructions

“Cover tonight”, “keep an eye on the left front leg”, “no jumping this week”. Legible to all, dated, signed.

The Field Diary

Food served, blanket laid out, vet’s visit, observations for the day. A few seconds to make a note, legible for the next person.

The QR Team

A single code, displayed in the tack room. The whole team logs in with one tap, with no password to remember. Revocable in an instant.

The rider, guardian of well-being

What no other tool offers: a fact sheet designed for those who rides The horse isn't just for the person who looks after it. He gets to know the horse before saddling it, and helps you discover things you would never have known otherwise.

No app to install

The code opens the page in the phone’s browser. Anyone can do it, without needing an account or downloading anything.

Character and habits

Ideal for children, beginners and occasional riders. We respect the horse because we understand it.

A few words after the session

You can spot which horses we prefer, which ones are tiring, and which ones deserve a bit of a rest.

Constructive feedback

Stiffness, fatigue, unusual behaviour: the rider alerts you, and you take action in good time.

04 Compliance & liability

Serenity, whatever the circumstances

Loving horses also means taking responsibility for them. Should an inspection or a dispute arise, you’ll have all the necessary evidence, dated and to hand.

Veterinary checks at competitions: the horse’s health record is presented, and everything is in order

FFE Competition

Six-month vaccination schedule applied automatically; vaccination record available for presentation at veterinary checks.

DDPP health inspection

Reminder: mandatory inspections apply if you keep three or more equines. No more forgetting, no more stress.

Breeding register

Time-stamped care and treatment records, retained for five years and exportable — in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Evidence, in the event of a dispute

The horse’s status, description and treatment: everything is dated and signed, to be presented if required.
