Does the vet need to create an account?

No. You generate a secure access link from your dashboard (valid 30, 60 or 90 days). You send it to the vet: they click and see the full record in read-only mode — no sign-up, no app to install.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. No contract, no notice period, no penalty: you cancel from your subscription area in 1 click. Access stays active until the end of the period already paid.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Data is hosted in France (OVH), encrypted in transit and GDPR-compliant. Public pages only show what you choose to make visible, and your data is deleted on request.

My team prefers paper: can I print it?

Yes, it's designed for that. You keep everything in EQUI-SCAN, then every morning you print the daily summary in one click: feed, ongoing care, treatments and owners' requests, horse by horse, ready to pin up in the tack room. Each horse's health record and the stall QR labels can be printed too.
