Every treatment logged, every reminder calculated.

Vaccines, deworming, dentist, trimming, shoeing, osteopath, vet check-up: you log the treatment in a few seconds, EQUI-SCAN works out when the next one is due.

  • The French Equestrian Federation (FFE) vaccination schedule applies by default; you can adjust intervals for the whole yard or for a single horse.
  • The Health page shows what is overdue and what is due within 30 days, as a list or a calendar.
  • A new treatment closes the previous reminder of the same type: no duplicates.
  • Vet, farrier or dentist: who did it is recorded with the treatment.

Who works, who rests, who eats what.

Each horse's status (OK, light work or rest) changes in two taps, with the reason. Set a return date: the horse goes back to green on its own that day.

  • Each horse's feed is written down once, for everyone to read.
  • Tack to use, temperament, required level: what you need to know before riding.
  • A yard log keeps track of the day's small events: rug on, turned out in the paddock, feed given.

In that same riding centre, 27 feeds are already on the horses' sheets.

3Owners

Owners follow their horse, with no account.

Each owner gets a personal link to their horse's sheet and upcoming care. They can tell you about a supplement, a medication or something they noticed: the team is notified by email straight away, with their name.

  • No password: one link per owner, which you can withdraw whenever you like.
  • They only see their own horse.
  • Their messages show up on the horse's sheet, in the brief and in the daily summary; you tick “done” once it's handled.

In one riding centre, 18 owners out of 20 have opened their link.

The daily summary, for the whole team.

One page brings together, horse by horse, the feed, ongoing care, treatments and owners' requests. Does your team prefer paper? Everything is kept in EQUI-SCAN, and the summary prints in one click every morning for the tack room.

  • Team treatments and instructions, with an end date: the line disappears by itself afterwards.
  • Visible to the team only, never on the QR page.
  • A tick box for each request handled.
  • The team logs in by scanning the team QR code posted in the tack room: no accounts to create.

The day at a glance, every morning at 7 a.m.

Monday to Saturday, an email sums up upcoming care, the latest changes, ongoing treatments and requests. In the evening, a second update only comes if something happened.

  • Sent to the manager and to any team addresses you add.

A QR code on the stall, the sheet in one scan.

Every horse has its own QR code, to print on a sheet of labels and stick on the stall door. One scan, no app needed, shows its status for the day, its temperament, the tack to use and any ongoing care.

  • A PDF sheet of labels, ready to print.
  • Team treatments and owners' messages stay private.
  • Optionally, riders can leave feedback or report tiredness, stiffness or behaviour after a session.

The health record as a PDF, access for the vet.

For a competition, a journey or a sale: identification, vaccinations, deworming, trimming and shoeing, dental care and upcoming due dates, in one clean PDF, in one click.

  • The vet gets a viewing link valid for 30, 60 or 90 days, without creating an account.
  • Access is read-only, and you can cut it off whenever you like.
  • The QR code on the PDF links to the online sheet, always up to date.
